These terms apply to your use of the Heads Up Hygiene website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Heads Up Hygiene is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Arizona. You can reach us at headsuphygieneinfo@gmail.com.
Using this site
You may use this site to learn about our work, to support it, and for other personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone else's rights
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site or any system connected to it
- interfere with the operation, security or availability of the site
- collect information from the site by automated means without our permission
Our content
The content on this site, including text, images, illustrations, logos and the Heads Up Hygiene name, belongs to us or to our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Please do not reproduce or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Donations
- Donations are voluntary and, unless we say otherwise, non-refundable. If you think a donation was made in error or for the wrong amount, contact us and we will do our best to put it right.
- Heads Up Hygiene is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We will provide an acknowledgement for your records. We cannot give tax advice, so please speak to your own adviser.
- Donations support our mission generally. We direct funds where they are most needed unless we have agreed something specific with you in writing.
- Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider and are also subject to that provider's terms.
Programs and eligibility
We provide hygiene kits to schools in Arizona. We do not serve individuals directly.
Registering interest does not guarantee participation. We can only support as many schools as our funding and product allow, and we bring schools on as capacity becomes available. We may set or change eligibility criteria at our discretion.
Volunteering and Hygiene Hauls
Volunteer opportunities and Hygiene Hauls are arranged separately and may involve additional requirements, agreements or screening. Expressing interest through this site does not create an obligation on either side.
Email updates
If you subscribe to our newsletter we will send you occasional updates about our work. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing us.
Links to other sites
We link to other organizations where we think it is helpful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms or practices.
No warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is". We work to keep the information accurate and the site available, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heads Up Hygiene and its board, staff and volunteers are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
